CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
